This homestead, constructed in the 1890’s and inherited by the current owners, was moved to Tamahere and renovated.

We later came in to restore the lounge & office to its original size as the main lounge, reminiscent of the small ballroom, as it was a small back in the day.

We had to replicate some of the period details from other rooms in the house, as we raised the stud height and reconfigured the room with a new fireplace and windows. The result was a stunning renovation with meticulous attention to detail, complemented by the owner’s own interior decor choices.
